Using the site
These terms cover the iAutomateDev website, its price calculator, its live demos and the pages linked from them. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Work we do for a client is covered by the quote and the contract the client signs. If one of those conflicts with this page, the quote or contract wins for that work.
The demos are simulations
The chat, call and automation demos show how our systems behave. They run on a test setup with made up data.
- No appointment you book in a demo is real. Nobody will turn up, and nothing is reserved.
- The practice, staff and prices in a demo do not exist.
- An answer from the AI is a demonstration, not advice. Do not rely on it for a decision.
- A demo call is limited in length, and a number can start one demo every three days. We can stop a demo that is being misused.
What a demo does with your details is set out in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter a phone number or email address that is not yours, or that you have no right to use;
- use a demo to harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
- try to get past the limits, the security checks or the sign-in on the site;
- scrape the site, or send automated traffic that is not an ordinary visit;
- copy our work, text or designs and present them as your own.
No guarantee of results
The price calculator gives an exact figure for the scope you select, and the quote it produces holds for the days shown on it. Nothing on the site promises a business result, such as more bookings, more revenue or fewer missed calls. What an automation does for your business depends on your business.
Limits on our liability
The site and the demos are provided as they are, free of charge. We try to keep them available and accurate, but they can be offline or wrong.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using a demo or relying on the site, including lost profit, lost data and indirect loss. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits what a signed contract says about paid work.
SMS terms
These terms apply to the text message program run by iAutomateDev. By ticking the consent box on the call demo and entering your mobile number, you agree to them.
Program name: iAutomateDev notifications.
What we send
Two kinds of message, and only these: a verification code when you ask for a demo call, and a booking confirmation if you book a demo appointment during that call. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How often
Message frequency varies. A demo sends a code and, if you book, one confirmation.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets them, not us.
Stopping and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Your carrier and our text provider handle those replies by their standard rules, which usually include a single message confirming the change. You can also email hello@iautomatedev.com for help.
Carriers
Carriers and their providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. How we handle your number is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. A dispute about them is for the Philippine courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
