Last updated 7 October 2026

This is every cookie and every item of browser storage iAutomateDev sets, what it is for, who sets it, how long it lasts and how to remove it. It sits alongside the privacy policy.

The short version

We set the cookies the site needs to work and two that remember a choice you made. None of them is for advertising, and none follows you to other sites. We count visits with a tool that sets no cookie at all.

This page lists every cookie and every item of browser storage we set today, by its exact name. If the list changes, we change this page in the same release.

Cookies we set

If you visit the site, try a demo, or sign in

iad_demo_call
Lets the call demo count its limits for one browser. It holds a random browser id and an expiry, signed so it cannot be edited. It holds no name or number.Set by: us, when you start the call demo.Lasts: 20 minutes.Needed for the site to work: yes, for the call demo.
iad_chat_session
Keeps your place in the chat assistant and counts its turns, so a conversation holds together and stays within its limit. It is signed and holds a session id, not what you typed.Set by: us, when you send a chat message.Lasts: 20 minutes. When our chat assistant is embedded on a client's own site, the same cookie is set from our domain and sent across sites (SameSite=None).Needed for the site to work: yes, for the chat assistant.
iad_demo_automation_session
Ties the automation demo to your browser, so its progress shows on your screen and it cannot be started again within a minute. It is signed and sent only to the automation demo's own address.Set by: us, when you start the automation demo.Lasts: 20 minutes.Needed for the site to work: yes, for the automation demo.
iad_quote_token
Remembers which quote to attach to your account while a sign-in link is on its way to your inbox. It is removed when you use the link.Set by: us, when you ask for a sign-in link from a quote.Lasts: 1 hour.Needed for the site to work: yes, to bring your quote into your account.
sb-<project>-auth-token
Keeps you signed in to the client portal or a client room. The name starts with sb- and ends with -auth-token, and a long value is split across numbered parts. While a sign-in link is pending, Supabase also sets a short helper cookie whose name ends in -code-verifier.Set by: Supabase's sign-in library, running on our site, when you log in.Lasts: Up to 400 days, renewed while you stay signed in.Needed for the site to work: yes, to stay signed in. It is set only if you log in.
iad_room_lang_<room>
Remembers the language you picked on one client room. The room's own name is the end of the cookie name, and the browser sends it only to that room's page.Set by: us, when you change the language on a client room.Lasts: 180 days.Needed for the site to work: no. It only remembers a choice you made.

Only for our own team

crm_sidebar
Remembers whether our team collapsed the sidebar in the admin screens. You will not meet it unless you work with us in them.Set by: us, when a team member toggles the sidebar.Lasts: 1 year.Needed for the site to work: no. It only remembers a choice.

The cookies that keep a demo or a chat in order are set only after you use that demo or send that message. Opening a page and reading it sets none of them.

Counting visits without cookies

We count page views and the steps of the live demos with Vercel Web Analytics, our host's own tool. It sets no cookie and writes nothing to your browser storage. What it records is described in the privacy policy.

We run no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to profile you.

Browser storage

Nothing you do as a visitor is written to your browser's local storage or session storage. The price calculator, and the business type you pick in the demos, live in the page's memory, so a reload asks again.

Our own team's screens keep two small settings in local storage, and nothing else:

  • iad-calendar-tz2: the time zone shown on the team calendar. It stays until it is cleared.
  • crm-dialer-brief-open: whether the call brief panel is open on the team's dialer. It stays until it is cleared.

Content from other companies

A few pages load something from another company: the Cloudflare Turnstile check on forms, and a video that a client room embeds from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive. Those companies run that content and may set cookies of their own. We do not control them and this page does not list them, so read their policies if you want to know.

How to clear them

Every cookie above is yours to delete. In your browser's settings, open the section for site data or cookies, search for iautomatedev.com and remove what you find. Clearing the sign-in cookie signs you out. Clearing a demo or chat cookie ends that demo or chat session.

You can also block cookies for the site. The pages still load. The demos, the chat and signing in will not work, because each needs its cookie to know which session is yours.
